Late Nite Date Night — Participation + Content Rules

Effective October 4, 2026. These rules apply to Late Nite Date Night questions, uploads, reviews, and live appearances offered by Lindsey Renee Live. Other products remain subject to their stated product terms. Contact: reachlindseyrenee@gmail.com.

Adults only

You must be 18 or older to submit a question, upload images, purchase a show experience, or join live. Do not submit images of minors or sexual content involving anyone under 18.

Public reviews, recordings, and clips

This is a public entertainment show. When you expressly approve participation, you authorize Lindsey Renee Live to review and discuss the submitted content and, when selected for air, to broadcast your approved question, images, display name, voice, likeness, and live appearance. The show may be recorded, replayed, edited into show clips, and shared on the website and the show's social and streaming channels.

You retain ownership of your material. You grant Lindsey Renee Live a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to use your approved submission and appearance for the show, its replays, and promotion of the show. This does not authorize unrelated product endorsements or the use of your contact details in public graphics. The host may offer candid, critical, humorous, or unfavorable opinions; payment does not promise a positive review, a date, or a personal relationship with Lindsey.

You can ask us to withdraw an unbroadcast submission before it goes on air. Contact us promptly. Once content has been broadcast, we cannot guarantee recall of viewers' recordings, shares, or copies. Removal and privacy requests will be handled under applicable law and our Privacy Policy; these terms do not waive those rights.

Private queue and anonymous questions

Free questions enter a private moderation queue. They are not automatically posted to the public lounge or put on air. Anonymous display hides your name in the question graphic; it does not remove identifying details you include in your question. Email, purchase, and verification details are for administration and should not be shown on air. Submit only information you are comfortable discussing publicly if selected.

One free question each day

The free-question allowance is one submitted question per browser session per calendar day in Eastern Time, resetting at midnight. The allowance is used when an eligible question is accepted into the queue, even if it is later removed or not answered. Changing browsers, devices or clearing browser storage can bypass this allowance. Please do not use these methods to submit extra free questions. Additional questions require a paid Priority Question or the appropriate live experience. Free questions are not guaranteed to be selected or answered.

Content rules and moderation

Non-graphic dating and relationship discussion is welcome. Nudity, sexual images, pornography, graphic descriptions of sexual acts, sexual solicitation, threats, harassment, hate, doxxing, impersonation, and illegal content are prohibited. Keep live appearances clothed and suitable for the show's streaming platforms. Do not send explicit material privately to the host or team.

Questions are reviewed before public display. Images must be privately previewed and approved by the operator before going on air. Moderators may reject or remove submissions, mute or disconnect a guest, and restrict repeat offenders. Basic text screening supports this review but cannot identify every harmful message or inspect every live camera frame. Buying a tier does not bypass moderation.

Image rights and other people's privacy

Upload only material you own or are authorized to submit and publicly display. Everyone pictured must be 18 or older and have given permission for this use. Cover phone numbers, addresses, account details, private messages, and identifying details of people who have not agreed to be shown. Do not upload intimate images, someone else's private dating profile, or images of a former partner without their permission. Consent to image display is separate from permission to access a private customer pass.

Paid experiences and service delivery

The product description defines the purchased service. A live appearance requires a completed Date Night Pass and Lindsey's private invitation. Priority affects handling order; it does not permit explicit content or guarantee a favorable answer. Court Lindsey Renee is a show participation experience, not a promise of romance, contact outside the show, or a relationship.

See the Show Purchase Refund Policy before buying. Participants should arrive ready and follow their invitation and technical instructions. If we cancel or cannot deliver the purchased service, we will offer a suitable reschedule or a refund for the undelivered service.

Entertainment and personal responsibility

Lindsey's reviews and opinions are for entertainment and general discussion, not professional legal, medical, mental-health, or financial advice. You choose what to share and remain responsible for obtaining permissions. These rules do not eliminate legal rights, excuse unlawful conduct, or require you to waive claims that cannot lawfully be waived.

Report content or request removal

Email reachlindseyrenee@gmail.com with the subject "CONTENT REMOVAL". Provide the page or replay link, time stamp if relevant, a description of the content, your contact information, and the reason for your request. For nonconsensual intimate images, state that you are the person depicted or their authorized representative and include a statement that your request is accurate. We will review promptly and remove qualifying material within the time required by applicable law. We do not allow nudity or intimate images in show submissions.
