Late Nite Date Night — Show Purchase Refund Policy

Effective October 4, 2026. This policy applies to paid Late Nite Date Night questions, call-ins, image reviews, Date Night Breakdowns, and Court Lindsey Renee experiences. It does not set return rules for physical merchandise or unrelated products.

All show purchases are final

Except as required by applicable law or as stated below, show purchases are nonrefundable. There are no refunds for changing your mind, disliking Lindsey's opinion, receiving critical feedback, failing to receive a desired dating outcome, or seeking a relationship with Lindsey. A completed review or appearance is not refundable because of the opinion expressed.

Attendance and participant issues

Please complete your Date Night Pass and follow your private invitation instructions. Missing an agreed appearance, leaving voluntarily, or failing to provide required details or permitted content may prevent delivery and does not automatically qualify for a refund. Contact us if you have a technical or attendance problem so we can assess whether a reschedule is available. We will consider the facts and any rights required by law.

Moderation applies to every purchase

Payment does not authorize nudity, graphic sexual content, harassment, or other prohibited behavior. The host may stop an appearance or reject prohibited material. Refund or rescheduling requests for an undelivered portion will be reviewed under the circumstances and applicable law; moderation does not remove your statutory rights.

If we cancel or cannot deliver

If Lindsey Renee Live cancels the purchased experience or cannot deliver it because of an issue on our side, we will offer a suitable reschedule or a refund for the undelivered service. If no suitable reschedule is agreed, the undelivered service will be refunded. Duplicate charges and billing errors will be reviewed and corrected when confirmed.
